All are FDA-approved neuromodulators that relax muscle activity, but they differ in onset time, diffusion characteristics, and longevity.

BOTOX Cosmetic is a prescription medicine that is used to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines, crow’s feet, and forehead lines in adults.
